I understand your question very well..
Let say for instance..I made a deposit of 10usd with a gtb naira master card, won a bet of 100 usd and I want to place a withdrawal.
Remember my deposit wont process unless I have a dom. Account attached to my Gtb master card.
What do I do?
I returne back to gtb or any other bank of my choice and request for a Visa card which was given to me upon request.
I go back to my bet365 account and register my new card and make a little deposit of 10usd or 5pounds as the case maybe..
Now I can withdraw my fund without stress

Go on and deposit. From their post on facebook, they don't have any minimum or maximum deposit amount to qualify. They pointed out "Any amount"
