. Back to the topic, Nigerians are praying people, many things that have led to serious wars in many other countries have never led to wars here. It wasn't by magic or diplomacy. I don't know what u believe but as for me, prayer works. Prayers have saved and keep saving this country.

If u think the govt is doing anything to protect us, u are only deceiving yourself. With the spread of the covid-19 epidemic round the world, we all expected anybody coming from Europe, Asian and other countries where the virus has been confirmed be treated as a suspected carrier whether confirmed or not and must be tested immediately they arrive at any point of entry. This is what is done in sane countries but we do the opposite here. Who will go and look for those people who travelled on the said flight? . The Nigerian authorities keep making jest of themselves.

What is self isolation, which Nigerian will self isolate with out friends and family members coming over to greet and collect their shear of the imported covid 19. This government is far worst than covid 19.

Track all those on the manifest and have them quarantined. This government needs to be proactive. They should make sure test kits are available to contain spread. WHO also recommendsTest test test test. How many people have so far been tested.

In the last 6 years have they been proactive....Oh it is now that Buhari who went abroad for months at a time for an undisclosed illness will do something.

And they won't drop dead like white folks, our genetic set up is different, did people not survived Ebola?, government or no government, our people will still survive this one.
You guys want the government to shut down flight operations because you don't have a relative abroad.
If you have a relative who is fleeing from covid 19 infestation, I know someone like you will prefer they stay put and die over there.
The people that returned on the BA flights, are there no Nigerians among them?.
