Concerning the confirmation of more Covid-19 and all are asked to self isolate, But am finding it difficult not to touch my face like, removing something from my mouth, touching the pimples on my face, or rubbing my head, Have try all possible means to stop this but not working. If i wash my hand now the next minute i will see my hand on my face again. Help a brother!!! |
