Were you not given some drugs after the process including antibiotics? If you were not please visit a good hospital for further screening. If the d&c was done well, you may bleed for few days and it will clear the remnants with the help of the drugs given after the procedure. D&C is a blind procedure so not everyone gets it right except experienced doctors. Please seek a second opinion so they can recommend drugs for you. The earlier the better.
I don't know why you're scared of your man, are you not married to him? Why would a man leave you because of a miscarriage when he's supposed to be the one by your side. All the 3 you mentioned above, require you to open your legs.. D&C is more painful, HSG and tubal flushing is almost same process, just that with HSG they will just pour the die and see if your tubes are open or close, while tubal flushing, is flushing of the tubes, using die,... Lol... Forgive ma, I just don't know how to explain..

No need to stop after ovulation. For vitamins, you can take during the day with food but never with the enzymes. The enzymes must be on empty stomach at least 30mins before meal or 1 to 2 hours after meal last thing at night if you want to use morning and night.

D &C is for removal of retained products of conception. They dilate your cervix and use scalpel to scrape inside the womb then remove the retained products.
HSG on the other hand is just to check if your womb and filopian tubes are okay. They pass a dye through your cervix to your womb and allow it to fill while adding a little pressure to enable is pass through you filopian tubes. An xray is taken to see the route the dye takes when womb is filled up. If your tubes are open, they'll pass through without much discomfort /pain but when the tubes are blocked, the dye try to backflow through the cervix as it cannot go further. The initial pressure on it trying to pass the tubes causes pain reason most people with blocked tubes complain of pains from HSG. Flushing on the other hand is almost same as HSG but instead of dye, antibiotics is used. More pressure is also applied to see if the blockage can open. And mild anastesia might be used to reduce the pain.

These are not drugs. Plus most Naija doctors won't recommend those enzymes. I tried carrying my doc along during mine but he didn't even know what they were and didn't believe tubes can be opened. When I got my last result I wished to go and show him but then no time.

What she listed are normal supplements for fertility boosting so I see no need going to doctor since her tubes are blocked. First thing is to work on the tube while trying without fertility drugs
