A video surface online showing an unknown Chinese man who collapsed on the road in Lagos few minutes ago.

It is not yet known the reason for his collapse, but some Nigerians who were present when it happened refused to help the Chinese man.

This is due to the current COVID-19 pandemic outbreak around the globe.

The Chinese man was rescued by his fellow country man who appeared to have being with him before the incident.
