HRHQueenPhil:. So you don't know that a bank in Nigeria is well equipped and development than the state government and its ministries? Do you that as schools are currently closed in Europe they simple deployed what is called visual learning, whereby a classroom teacher can teacher and the student could learn from home. A clear example of work from home general. Is our E.commerce working? If Nigeria cases rise that we have to lock down cities and state, I wonder how the situation will look like |

helinues:There is a difference between when some individuals choose not to go digital and when there is access to digital facilities. Nigeria has since gone digital but it has been the choices of some like the civil servants you mentioned not to follow up and remain analog. That's my point. |

We like monkeying ourselves in this country! Just because some countries are saying "work from home" does not mean we should say the same thing. How on earth could we work from home in Nigeria? No electricity, no internet ( or rather, no affordable internet). During any given break, many students simply go about looking for how to survive; many are on the road looking for money while many are on the farm. So how do you teach them online? We do not have automated office system in Nigeria, all memos must be physically produced and carried by some people around the offices to be read and signed. "Work from home" in Nigeria is another name for "take a break from work" ![]() |

| Re: Coronavirus: Can Nigerians Work From Home?? by trutht828: 8:20am On Mar 23, 2020 |
MiztaFabuloz:Then you don't know Nigeria. Many of the government workers still use analog and can only work in their offices; that is, if we can call what they do a work. Many of those who use computers at work do not have computers at home. |
