Those children have no father. Flavour cannot claim their father cos he has not married their mother as the tradition demands. If anyone could just claim fatherhood of a child cos u impregnated a woman, what is the exense of marriage. In a community where a child born out of marriage is accepted Flavour cannot claim their father cos he has not married their mother.
