In Nigeria, people hardly have access to anything. On paper, you will have 10 trillion Naira budget. At the end of it less than 4 trillion will be spent. out of it, half have gone into the pocket of the idiots.

I don't know if you have ever try to access government loans? For instance, Bank of Industry will frustrate you so much so that you will lose interest in the loan.

Monies are always on paper here. Check banks' profit to loan ratio. Monies are not used for what they are truly needed for.

There does not exist a living human being that hates money. The difference between nigerians and some other countries is simply this; Nigerians covet money while those 'some' do not.

we prioritise money first in most cases before anything. If anyone can kill or maim his own mother over quick money, then it speaks alot about us, as a people.

.

well, to be honest, it is just a farce. Those monies were destined for ascertained pockets. If by chance one of your's happens to be one of those pockets, you may eventually get a few coins notes. But have you read a book titled "Unrestricted warfare".it was authored by two Chinese Colonels in the People's Liberation Army, Qiao Liang and Wang Xiangsui. Its primary concern is how a nation such as China can defeat a technologically superior opponent through a variety of means.

it will give you good grip of how these monies will be spent.
