Pls I don't know what is wrong with my a5 pro, I can't receive calls again, when ever someone calls me the screen will just go off, I will have to cut it with my power button and then call the person back

I use nano liquid screen protector. I don't have proximity sensor issue and the phone is not ugly(screen protector make phones ugly), no visible scratches too.
