The UK started requesting ppl practice social distancing on the 14th March. As someone else noted , Germany was already warning of the possibility of widespread infections from COVID-19. Kyari arrogantly believed he wouldn't be infected and probably became a super spreader here in Nigeria.

Kyari is a poster boy of how ineffectual this admin handles any pressing matter. It's always someone else's fault in summary. Kyari has worked for no one but himself ever since they entered Aso Rock.
