COVID-19:Twenty Osun Judges In Isolation After Dubai Trip by Sunofgod(op): 3:52pm On Mar 25, 2020
Commissioner for Health in Osun State, Dr Rafiu Isamotu on Wednesday confirmed that 20 judges, who recently travelled to Dubai, in the United Arab Emirate were presently on self isolation.

He added that the judges went into isolation immediately they arrived the state to ascertain their medical status as the killer disease ravage the world .

Isamotu made this known on the sidelines of a press briefing at the Osun State government house in Osogbo, where the governor intimated newsmen about the index case in the state .

The Commissioner said : Yes, they are presently on self isolation, I can’t disclose any hospital, it is not necessary that they go to the hospital before being isolated.

“There are many people who are even positive of the virus, but stay in their homes to isolate themselves without going to the hospital. The judges are in self isolation and we are monitoring them”.

DAILY POST gathered that the judges had attended International Conference in the Middle East country between March 9 and March 20, before returning home over the weekend .

Covid-19 respects no one.
The decision to self isolate is a smart one, and one the government should carefully monitor so it is complied with by the individual(s).

Lol! If they tell these people that a day like this will come, where they won't be able to fly to Germany, Italy, London, India and China easily to treat themselves and they'll have to take treatment here in Nigeria.......

Self isolation.........do people really understand what it is. You'll be surprised their family members and domestic staffs still relate with them at very close proximity.
The federal govt isn't doing enough with educating the people and making drastic decisions to stem this tide.....state governors are the one dictating what happens in their respective states when we have a federal unit
