don't bring skyscraper issue as excuses, the main reason why many nations don't build skyscrapers is because of height restrictions law in there country, at the same time, skyscrapers are too expensive to set up and it greatly contributes to the aesthetic condition of a city. Take a look of the most developed city in Africa, what really makes it so iconic? Yeah, there are cities which can strive well even without skyscrapers but that should Mean a lot, right from road quality to iconic low rise.

Only Marina have buildings above 100m cos that area was developed before d height restriction law. But Eko atlantic is having taller structures cos its higher above sea level than Lagos city.

Nigerias economy is expected to shrink this year, while this year will be the worst year for Kenya but still much better than the best year for Nigeria....Kenyas economy will grow by atleast over 3%....Nigeria will be negative

And like I said,Nigeria has never slipped into recession due to fall in oil price.... But u see that tourism and tea sector of yours will suffer greatly... And with the locust wrecking more havoc,you'd be deluded to think that Kenya's economy will fare better than ours during this period...

The oil price is currently under $30..... That's insanely low.... The oil price alone is enough to cause recession In Nigeria, now combine that with the economic impact with covid19 and the fact that your poverty rate is over 50%,then you have the perfect storm for a recession!!
