Physical Silver has finished in the bullion market and guess what? Even if you find at the momentit, it's being sold at at a premium already worth 50% more than the spot prices you see on your terminal. Just 4weeks ago I admonished that we acquire the commodity. Has your real estate appreciated up to 50% in the past 4weeks? Its still not too late to acquire physical bullion, its a terrific investment.

If you have some cash to spare on the side, you should invest in silver bars, they are a safe investment that could get as high as 5X its present value or more, way faster than any land you buy now or property to rent would accrue [even if you're getting 10% annually].
A 1kg Silver bar should be like N300K at this rate while that of Gold should be about N18m at these rates.
Remember when I said we should buy around that 1550 area for the long run?
