So tinny slums in a Massive metropolitan area somewhere in the inland part of the country makes you convince yourself that kenya is a slum . What do you have to say about the the gigantic middle class settlements of Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru and Eldoret then I bet you do realize trying to Convince yourself that kenya is a slum won't change actual facts on the ground you keep on avoiding

no one has refute the bolded facts, we all know skyscrapers doesn't fully equate to development, but skyscrappers are one indication of a developed/developing city. Take in mind the cost of putting skyscrapers and how it will impact to aesthetic of a city,. although, there are many cities with no skyscrapers but far much developed than those with skyscrapers, I can site example of Casablanca, that city is just perfect the way it is, right from road quality to iconic low rise buildings, You can't start comparing dwarf cities with numerous number of shanty houses and pathetic roads with cities hosting six or five skyscrapers!!! Dwarf cities with height restriction law should work smart. just the way Kigali is trying
