fergie001:Hon. Justice Nweze is gradually becoming notorious as a dissenter. Before him, hon. Justice Kayode Esho played that role brilliantly well. Most of Kayode Esho’s dissenting judgements are today being celebrated as brilliant judgements. We will see if Nweze will go the same route. Funny enough, Justuce Nweze was appointed by the the Buhari led APC government so nobody can accuse him of any connection or sympathy to PDP. |

Justice Cletus Nweze is consistent. In all the reviews requested, he has maintained that the Supreme Court should review its judgement. I do not and will never agree with his position but I respect the fact that he been consistent from Imo to Zamfara. The guy may not be a dicck head after all. 1 Like |

He was heavily criticised by APC faithfuls, you sure know that, on Twitter and even here on NL. Need not mention monikers. It was the slot of the SE and Enugu in particular, Buhari had little option, neither did the NJC. He has a PhD in law, though his judgements most times could be very academic, he is most times on point. 1 Like |

ddippset:Don't allow illiteracy to eat you up. There is what is called electoral law. What we have today as electoral law is mostly from Justice Uwais panel formed after the charade of 2007 election. So even if OBJ is on seat now, nothing he can do. Rivers and Zamfara was not the fault of PDP but APC and judgements were on existing electoral law. How did Amechi become Governor? 1 Like |
