Most recently "Camera" has become the biggest unique selling proposition of most smartphone manufacturers and a lot of emphasis have always been placed around the number of mega pixel that's packed in the phone camera.

But does it really matter how many mega pixel a smartphone has and do you in any way believe that the amount of mega pixel in a phone camera determine the camera quality or image output produced by that Smartphone?

Irrespective of having a bigger pixel, I still think the quality of pixel matters a lot that's why some devices may have lower number of pixels yet produce better snap shots than other with more number of pixels.

The quality of the camera sensor is more important than the number of pixels

The pixel discribes the quality of imaging the camera will or can produce. So, the bigger the pixel, the better the camera quality
