No matter how intelligent you are, you can not shutdown airports when the president tells you to keep it open till his daughter arrives naija. And you do not have tangible reasons or excuse to hold everyone down till she comes. Hence the cases that slipped through between that period, those are the most dangerous ones on the loose and by now over 39000 people may have been infected
