Who told us Innoson can't partner with some Chinese and Nigerian companies to get the job done. Coronavirus will still be around for a while. So, we better start putting some things in order. If 10 Ex Governors in Nigeria are drilled, they will cough out $2Billion.

About fixing and using ventilators. if it takes a Doctor more than 2 weeks to learn or refresh his knowledge on how to setup/use/read ventilators, they need to send that Doctor back to school. The only problem is that there are some special cases where they need to open a hole in a patient neck to pass the tube. Opening that hole is a minor surgery.
