Go to your local government and ask them how you can enrol in the National Social Register.

No one see the executive order signed by Buhari. The Presidency never announced it. It was a rumor that went around social media which the govt never confirm or deny.

Even the police claimed they are not aware of such order.

I was just discussing this with some few friends mins ago.

I am personally not in support of all the billions being donated ...because this is a clear avenue for whoever that is charge to become richer. Nigeria. Will always be Nigeria. This billions are wasted in the hands Nigerian govt.

Despite the donations, we are still hearing about little availability of test kits. People, with symptoms are still not attended to because the few test kits are reserved for the rich and famous.

This country should just burn to ashes.
