El-Rufai is the governor of Kaduna state. He can steal all the income of the state without lying about CoronaVirus. Beside, NCDC is in charge of testing for the virus and not the state government. NCDC cannot conspire with the governor to declare him positive when he’s actually negative. 2 Likes |
