There has been cases reported world over, of test kits and other health goods coming from China already being infected with Coronavirus.

This short video clip might solve the puzzle. As it shows a Chinese factory worker who uses already produced face masks to clean his shoes.

It gives credence to some conspiracy theorists that the Chinese are knowingly spreading the virus world over so that they can boost their economy when other countries whose production would be grounded for many months, would need supplies from china.

Stop lying. There are no cases of infected kits from China world over. The one reported was from Luxembourg. A company called Eurofins. China does not have reports of infected kits world over.
