Soldiers drafted to enforce the lockdown order has shot and killed a young man simply identified as Joseph in Warri on Thursday morning.

Joseph was reportedly chased by one Army officer around the Ugbuwangue area of the oil city while driving a Toyota with no plate number and refused to stop, forcing the soldier to open fire.

He shoulda just stop when ordered meanwhile the soldier did not show any level of professionalism cause it looks like he was caught, ordered to come down and shot
