Go and read up the history of the loan. The initial loan FG sought approval for was $30bn from the Saraki led senate and only $7.3bn was approved from the loan. The rest were just reintroduced last year ending for consideration by the new senate.

My colleague who sits in the office adjoining mine was tested 3 days ago and came back positive yesterday. He shares that office.with another guy who has been off for two weeks with a temperature etc but yet to be tested. I am always in that office laughing and joking with them, and vice-versa.
