The Osun State government has launched a manhunt for six persons with confirmed infection of COVID-19 who escaped from an isolation centre in Ejigbo on Friday night. The six persons belong to a cluster of COVID-19 cases who returned to their hometown, Ejigbo, from Ivory Coast last week and were quarantined by the state government. A statement from the government which disclosed this gave the names of the six persons with their phone numbers More details to come!!! 1 Share

By running away, they are putting others at risk. They have to be searched for immediately else, the sit at home is a waste. They ran away : they were afraid of stigmatization . I wonder how they could have escaped?? ain't they any guards present? Everything is just wrong with this damn country, but i am optimistic that we are gonna conquer this damn virus. |

I'll dismiss this until there's a credible source. However if it comes out true, one needs to first confirm the situation of the supposed isolation center. If it's conducive and they chose to abscond, then they should be punished adequately. |
