Pls I need help!! My younger brother has been battling with a certain rash on his head since 2013. We keep on treating and after sometimes the rashes disappear and appear later.

He has used all kinds of creams and was even on pills to treat the rashes yet the rashes refuse to go. Pls is there anybody that knows the name of the rashes and how it can be treated because my younger brother is gradually losing his self-esteem because he can hardly go out without putting on cap to cover the area that is affected by the rashes.

Suggestions, criticism and possible solutions to the problem are welcomed. Doctors in the house your input will be highly appreciated. Attached below is a picture showing the true state of the affected areas

Wash with antiseptic soap and warm water.... Mob dry and apply white closeup or Colgate. Every morning and night. Use for a week like that.

Whenever you barb.... Use the same toothpaste to rub the back of your head after washing your hair with warm water.

Get your own clippers too.

You will thank me.

I have used Neo-Medrol over the years. I still have it but Neo-Medrol does help reduce it. Since its a steroid, its not a cream you use continuously. I use it intermittently.

I had it when I was younger and I used lime juice. After every bath.. Get fresh lime and apply on the affected part. Keep doing it till it dies out.
