Can confirm that pensioners of the state are being contacted to verify their address details. My mom got a text to confirm if her address was still same as the one she used to live in. She wrote back to confirm the address of my sister's house where she is currently residing.
Ask the ex-Lagos civil servants who are above 60 to check their phones for the SMS. Think it was sent last week Monday.

Where are the churches,where are the mosques that have been taking in untaxed income all this while?

There are churches and mosque on every street in Lagos,they should be able to afford feeding at least a 100 people a day,if u multiply that by at least 80% of the worship centers we have in Lagos then u get the picture.
