The ones they have been making since, what did they do with all that abeg? Most roads are still in bad State, stable power is still a dream; no water in most rural areas of the country... No good health facilities... Let them save us those stories.

How would most of them get to work if buses are not operating seeing as most bank staff are contract staff and most dont have private cars

Also the exemptions has to do with critical services of the banks like IT and ATM services so that electronic channels would be working
