If they'll be 'refurbished' by their respective manufaturers, then we'll expect them to meet every standard not like when that guy said they'd be painted and boom!

Refurbishment is even highly unlikely. It's not partial burnt, the only on that carcass is the metal sheet that is even already weak as a result of the fire. It need to be crushed, melted and used to cast a new template.
