COVID19 Lagos Update

Today, I joined the Governor of Lagos @jidesanwoolu, the Comissioner for information @gbenga_omo, CEO of gtbank, Segun Agbaje and other dignitaries to Comission the 110 bed spaces for COVID19 Lagos Isolation centre at Moboliji Johnson stadium, Onikan.

The isolation centre donated by @gtbank and @africa_finance begins operations today, 8 March, 2020 with 7 patients on admission.
No fewer than 60 medical personnel and support staff of @followlasg with expertise have been deployed to the facility.

Onikan stadium is the oldest stadium in Lagos. The Isolation Centre commissioned above is a temporary makeshift facility on Onikan Stadium. After we totally kill Coroba Virus, Onikan Stadium will continue to host Sports events.

Sanwo-olu the action governor, tank God for this guy proactiveness, may be lagosians will have been falling one by one on the road now like USA because of Covid, but he need to do more on the aspect of palliative measures for lagosians during this Lockdown.

We shall prevail over Covid.
