Lay off the caffeine and try to sleep more. Even if it was present before, these activities definitely made it worse. If you reduce your coffee intake, drink lots of water and sleep well, the results will amaze you. Please don't go looking for drugs that may give you more unnecessary problems.

Go to the hospital and check your thyroid hormones. These could be symptoms of hyperthyroidism. It could also be you are stressed.
