Waste of resources. Abia people have forgotten the taste of rice. They are used to drinking kerosene. He should have donated kerosene or Sniper to them. That's what they put in their mouths over there.

Come 2023 now, Abia people would ignore the person who gave them rice and vote for the person who gives them kerosene.
