Dear Nairaland,
i am currently working on suggestion Artificial Intelligence; this is used a lot in google search to recommend things using your personal data plus previous search history,
YouTube use it to recommend next video or video you may like
Netflix use it to recommend next film based on watched history and likes.
Facebook use it to recommend new friends or friends we may know, topic or news flood based on what you liked or clicked..
my research is to see the impacts(positive or negatives) of this functions on web usability more especially on social media platforms..

This should be related to machine learning, I am delving into this area, please I need advise on what to learn and topics, I am brushing up on my python skills though but where do I head to from there?
