Try optimizing this and uploading to the wordpress theme repository. Then begin working on your second theme which will be better.

I will be blunt with you... You won't go far if all your focus is on money and not self development.
What have you built now that you want to start selling?

someone needs to feel the theme live before they can think of patronizing your service. so you can sell it with just image upload. they need to see it live and test the performance on various devices to really consider buying. so try and buy hosting, even if its a Nigerian hosting for #300 per month to put it on live server for people to see.
