Miracle in Cell 7

Bridge to Terabithia

Good movies, but for reasons known to me, I wont be rating them. Movies like these that send positive messages should not be on the table of analyst and critics.

Miracle in Cell 7 made me shed some tears though.

Just finished watching Rambo: First Blood.
This scene made me tear up..................... a little.

"And I come back to the world... and I see all those maggots at the airport, protestin' me, spittin'! Callin' me baby-killer and all kinds of bile crap! Who are they to protest me, huh?!! Who are they?! Unless they've been there, then they'll know what the hell they've yellin' about!!"

Rambo: They drew first blood, not me.
Colonel Trautman: Look, Johnny. Let me come in and get you the hell outta there.
Rambo: They drew first blood..... *switches off walkie-talkie

The saddest part of the movie was the ending scene.
Rambo narrating to Colonel Trautman:

"Me and Joey (his late friend) went to a bar.... and this kid comes up. This kid was carrying a shoe-shine box and he says 'shine please, shine'. I said 'No, pass it to Joey'. And Joey was like 'yeah'. Then, I went to get a couple o' beers and the box was wired. He opened up the box and it fuckin' blew his body all over the place! *starts crying*. He's layin' there. He's fuckin' screaming. His pieces all over me! And I'm trying to pull him off, you know, screaming 'MY FRIEND! HE'S ALL OVER ME! BLOOD AND EVERYTHING!'. I'm tryna to hold him together but his guts keep coming out! AND NOBODY WOULD HELP!! No one would help! He's saying 'Please, I wanna go home Johnny. I wanna go home'. He's calling my name. He's holding me... I said 'I CAN'T FIND YOUR FUCKIN' LEGS! I CAN'T FIND YA LEGS!!'... I need it to get out of my head... It's been 7 years... Everyday, I have this.... Sometimes, I wake up and I don't know who I am. I don't talk to anybody, sometimes a day, sometimes a week. I need to get it out of my head..." *cries more*

P.S: Even the colonel started tearing up.

I tried to watch it but just couldn't go beyond the first few minutes. All that violence just wasn't inspiring enough

Aaah. That movie is among the best movies of all time. It was friggin' lit!! However, different people have different tastes. You 'sound' like the rom-com type, I suppose. Rom-coms are great for feeling but most of their plots are wack. They focus on creating the perfect scenery a lot. That's why their ratings are low and mediocre. Although of course, there are some that broke charts!

Lemme give you a heads-up: It has a serial killer whose target is mostly women. He brutally murders them and uses their skin for furniture and lamp shades. Based on a true story. Google "Ed Gein", one of the most brutally disturbing serial killers of the 20^th century, after Ted Bundy. Trust me, it will be fun . Lol. His "works" are in the Crime Museum. I recently saw it on their twitter page. Lampshades, faces for gloves..

Rambo was just shoot shoot shoot, blood, explosions and Stallone looking all stonefaced. I think I may have even started somewhere in the middle of someone getting shot out.

Can't remember sha. I just know I was not moved.

That's the difference between crappy movies and romcoms AND quality shii and old flicks. They simulate reality with killer plots!
