With your budget, you should be able to get a good honda halla, Mercedes 190e, golf 1, 2 or 3 with minor faults. Don't be discouraged.

if it's here in Ibadan, you can get used Nissan Micra at such rate

it won't be top notch but you can still drive it around till God bless you more to get something better

.. u can mount an AC in ur, and fix makeshift doors.
