Why do you want to sell.
Why not call him and talk to him and seek to know the reason why he's selling at a distress? It could be something personal which he doesn't want to share with e-people.

There's no place that's too far especially when one is really interested in something of importance to him/her.

Why do Lagosians detest the idea of moving out of Lagos to buy cars?

we don't if you will consider the transport of bringing it here.

I am interested. After buying it will you bring it down free?

Hehehehehe. Am I the seller?
Am I a potential buyer?

Anyone who's interested in this car should strike a deal with the seller after following due diligence. Of course, the cost of taking it to your location would be on your shoulder.

Bro, this na excuses. If you have anyone trustworthy that's close to that state, ask them to inspect and possibly give you unbiased opinion about the product. If you like and trust the result, you can transact in proxy, if you still in doubt, you can make a move to the state to inspect and transact or decline.

I've been to Lagos countless times from Abuja to buy cars that I consider a good deal. A number of times I've been disappointed and other times, when I'm close they'll say it's been sold (very common with Lagosians) despite the agreements and promises and assurances.

Fact: alot of Abuja and Kaduna cars are cleaner and we'll maintained than a lot of Lagos cars the only thing you need to do is check the customs duty.

Very common with Lagos dealers. They can so disappoint. I've been there B4 so I can relate with what you're saying. One can travel, possibly all night and on reaching early in the morning, they'll tell you the vehicle is sold. Lagosian no dey fear God and they are just generally too mean. Some of them can also be very dubuious so one has to be extra careful. May God bless our hussle bro.
