105ah, 12v pack is 92k including BMS

But you can use any proper functional lead acid charger and it will serve well

You can buy any lead acid 12v charger

And I believe you can get good one from jiji.com or even here on NL

I think you can do that if you buy a 24v BMS or an 8s BMS and disconnect the BMS that came with the pack, you can then connect all the 8 cells in series. Just trying to help. The OP the ball dey your court

You're very right. That would be easy for someone with some handy and DIY experience. And especially easier with the 32650 and prismatic cells which require more of screws and metal bar conductors to build the pack.

32650s that lack screw contacts and 18650s will definitely prove challenging except one has spot welders, itself another pricey acquisition.

Very true. 32650 and 18650 is now for the pro. But if it's just prismatic cells all you need are busbars and screws.
