Hello guys, I have a plan to do my masters in Germany then get a job there in Germany and with time move to Canada.

How possible is that?
and what are the key things you'll advice me to do to make this dream a reality and what obstacles am i likely to encounter along the way.

Sorry if I sound harsh but I need advice from experienced travelers only and not from people with only internet knowledge. Thanks for your contribution.
