Hello guys, please I need a solution, for the past one year now I rarely use ear plugs and whenever I do I have this severe ear pains and most times headache... I also have this feeling like a liquid in my left ear...I have completely stopped using ear plugs but please what's the solution to this... I would appreciate your sincere contribution to this... Thank you. |
