Why are people getting angry over the allocation of a thing? ..

I believe this should be the beauty of democracy, each states has its own representative in the Senate, what exactly are they fighting for because you can't be blaming Buhari for your representative incompetence.

Sometimes I believe you guys hold Buhari in such a high regard. Someone with questionable educational background, I'm sure if any documents is brought to him to sign they still have to explain to him what he's about to sign verbally.

This is not military era. It's democracy where everything has to involve using pen

I have politicians as friends and I know how they run some of these things. I'm just surprised the way u usually give simple explanations to all these things when we all know politics in Naija is very complex.

During this last general election, I was rounding up my Masters programme and one of my course mate happens to be a politician( In fact he's a former LCDA chairman aspirant). He was gisting me about a particular aspirant for House of assembly post in the opposition party whom I saw his video and asked wassup with that man.

He laughed and told me they played big joker on the guy and that's why I saw him raging like a bull in the video. What they did was simple, they had agents in all the polling units in the constituency aside the accredited party agents whose job was to monitor the results of the polls and send it straight to my guy.

My guy then had the job of collating all results and send same to the situation room. In the situation room they manipulated the figures and had them sent to their contact at INEC who did the magic. So results announced at INEC collation centre was inflated giving them a wider margin for each polling unit.

Now Here is the gist; my guy told me those agents who monitored the results were billed to get 10k each, but 2,500 was slashed out of it and the contract was giving to him for 7,500. I now asked if he also slashed ₦2,500 leaving the guy's with ₦5,000. He said " For where?" He actually slashed ₦5,000 and gave those guys the job for ₦2,500.

He said that right there is how politics work in Nigeria, u cut and cut and cut till it's impossible to cut again.

Naija politics is not the simple answers u always give here in most matters o, it goes beyond that
