I don't think it's possible and as such, I think this OP is lying as well.

I mean, if you can meet the criteria set by the FG to be a beneficiary, then you musn't be able to have access to social media.

It's true. A friend's husband got an alert yesterday. He works in a private organisation and does not work for N-power. His account was less than 5k when he got the alert.
