This is where I disagree with Metaphysical.

You can appoint an Igbo man as Chief of Staff without caving to Ohaneze. Of course there are those that will beat their chests.

But making an Igbo man Oil Minister of State did not cede power to Igbo. Remember that the Joint Chiefs refused to meet, I think Gusau as Security Chief at one point.

So if you can declaw a Chief of Staff why appoint him in the first place?
