I have a plot, 100ft x 50ft and plan to build a storey building of 6 blocks of 2 bedroom flat. Please help with a design as I would like to engage an architect for the drawing and estimate costing.

Also do you think there would be enough space for a car park.of 4 cars

what about something like this.

This is another block of flat design.

If you want parking space, I doubt you can have up to 3blocks of 2-bed apartment on each floor.
I'd suggest you go with a 2blocks of 2-bed, and a mini flat on each floor.
