Foreign lines have been trying to chat me up on Whatsapp but it is not connecting, and if I choose to start up the conversation, the number of that country does not show up for a message. I have found this difficulty for lines with South Africa, Kenya and others. How can I use my Whatsapp line to chat these foreign lines? |
