i use spectranet which happens to be one of the best in naija, check what i got compared to a friend in another country.
after this comparison, i feel naija should stop screaming about 5g because what we get here is not even upto 3g.
no be everything we go dey copy.
lets reach 3 g first before we talk of 4g and 5g.
btw, my sectranet indicates that i am using 4g but what i get here is not even up to 3g.
please share your speed in your location and network provider.
maybe that will help me choose a new network provider because spectranet is pure shittt.
i cant be paying close to 30k monthly and get this useless connection

Thank you for this your post. We are trying to run faster than our shadow. Must we copy everything? About 3 months ago my spectranet network was pure rubbish, which made me to suspend their service for a while.

We need to achieve 3g first because as far as internet speed is concern, we are still on EDGE 2g.

says who?. in malaysia, singapore, australia, spain , dubai and a few other countries i have visited, 30k equivalent gets you a proper 4g unlimited subcription for a whole month. when say unlimited it means u can use 1000000gb if your power reach. naija is just too overated

exactly, anyone that has used a real 4g internet know that what these guys give here is not even close to a proper 3g. i think this spectanet is the worst. i will dump them after now. the bad thing is that i loaded about 120k in the account already, i wonder if it is possible to get it out

Yes, I know in Dubai , house WiFi of 3 bed room apartment is 30k or so a month , 10 guys can be on it both with laptop and phones for a whole month , with enough speed , still around 30k .

But our data price is not that on high side to compare , but the speed is very very low

exactly. it is too annoying. the last time i travelled, i visisted some nigerians that stay 5 in a house . even plus the heavy downloads i did there, the internet was still very fast. these telecom companies in nigeria are just explioting us
