Somebody simply brought figures to buttress his point on the impact of lassa fever before coronavirus and you turned it into Lassa fever kills more than covid-19. You guys are something else.
So 35 is less than or equal to 160.

See why I don't like people who take ovrebo seriously.

He even added March 2020 to his proof, but to God+x=God.x , it was just to buttress an impact before Covid-19

There’s no official statement on cause of those death. Better to let the health official tell us what’s going on there. It might be an outbreak of something else and not Covid-19.

How will there be an official report if autopsy is not carried out on the corpse?

Shey they said the 150 that died were buried that same weekend without dem investigating the cause of deaths. If that is true, what will the health officials base their official statement on?

Why will you need to see an official statement when our nairaland experts like Izzou already told us it's coronavirus. Any death in Nigeria at this moment is covid_19 because we haven't been facing other illness that kills us and neither have people been dying before Coronavirus came to Nigeria.

If the PFA Awards were to hold in England today as expected before the pandemic ruin our football ,who would make your best X1 and who among Jamie Vardy ,Sadio Mane and Kevin Debruyne would pick for the ultimate prize ?

The state government will know how they are going to go about it. I’m not sure how they are going to do it but something has to be done to know the cause of those death. Assumptions won’t cut it.

The only winner for PFA should be Kdb. Shoehorn for team of the year are Vardy,Kdb,Van dijk, Henderson,Trent. The rest are debatable.

That's the issue right there, the State Government is not doing anything about it. Shey they came out recently to say covid-19 testing has been put on hold for the meantime. If testing of those alive is on hold, how would they now test those dead to find out wot if they died as a result of covid19 or not?

All we've got to go on for now is assumptions because the State Government is yet to try to find out wot the cause of the deaths are...

Why are u guys arguing over this issue na? Just know that the people in question here are Hausa Muslims who die and get buried almost the same day.

Most of them probably didn't get medical attention before they died. The families obviously accepts it as the will of Allah and bury their dead latest before 4pm Salat prayers.

You can wait from now till next year, but there's no way the state government can confirm the medical cause of death when obviously no autopsy was carried out on people who died in their homes after a brief illness.

The only statistics u will keep seeing is the increase in number of graves being dug at the public cemetery. Even this na newspapers reporters wey dey go ask go know.

So those thinking the increase in death may be due to COVID-19 may be right and those arguing it may be due to other causes may also be right. Unfortunately there's no way to confirm who is actually right

The testing lab was contaminated and all samples were sent to Abuja for testing.

The government can claim those bodies and get samples from them to be tested before they are buried.

I'm not sure any dead person has been tested in Nigeria, only the ones that samples were collected when they were alive and b4 the result came in they were already dead.

With our low testing numbers and the "global shortage" of test kits, I don't see Nigeria testing dead bodies.

Well Kano State Government says the death are not related to Covid-19. They says death are from hypertension, acute malaria, meningitis out break.

Whether it’s true or not, remains to be seen.

In the absence of serious laboratory/autopsy competence, it's fair to assume that Kano State is witnessing a rare epidemic of a uniquely Nigerian pathogen: the brief illness.

No contest Kelvin Debruyne.

8 goals + 16 assists with the most chances created in Europe top 5 leagues. He was only 5 assists from breaking Igwe Henry assists record.
