Everywhr is quite cos its weekend. Move from ikeja to apapa during weekdays and see what's happening. Go to Maryland, you'll see cars and danfo carrying passengers. The worsiest places I've seen are mile 12 market and the whole of Ikorodu. You'll be amazed and probably conclude d lockdown ain't effective in those areas.
