I am not a Northerner but I want defend this the much I can.

You said cases in Kaduna have been 9 for more than 2 week, i it to you that you lied on that data, however it was said 9 active case which means that some people where discharged to still it 9 today.

On the issue of why accept the Almajiris, Let me assume that you have not been following the recent happening in Kano, how they drove home/out all the non-indigenous almajiris in there state.
