Buhari doesn't need to tell us the amount he will ship to Kano.

Definitely it won't be less than 20 billion or thereabout..

But one thing is certain as far as people put their ears on ground to hear about the cash, it won't be mentioned but gently transferred to Kano state.

It will be made open but on a later date.

But for cash transfer to Kano state....It is a done deal.
