How do we start this?

To start it, we need the op who started this thread to open a Telegram account ( which I'm sure he already has ). Click on new group or new channel, name it and that's it. He can then copy the link of the group and post it here for viewers to join the group.

How do we filter miscreants and unwanted elements?

Did Ihedioha award Douglas road? Obasanjo also awarded 2nd Niger bridge if we are to go by award instead of execution. The difference between Uzodinma and Ihedioha is clear even on this thread as one was only trying to discredit Okorocha whereas the other is already trying his best to improve on what he met.

Lol. It's Telegram we are talking about here. Even if the miscreant knows about the plan and joins the group, once he makes a stupid comment, we will all know that he has arrived and then the Admin can delete his comment and remove him from the group and that's the end. Even if the miscreant tries to join the group using the link it will not work except the miscreant has enough money to keep buying new Sim cards and registering new telegram account.

I wanted to tell you to only post the name of the group here because, Telegram has a search feature where we can type the name of a group and search for it and then join the right group but, someone has already posted a link. The time to leave this Nairaland for miscreants has come.

Please,in order to beat the enemy, l suggest that only one of the popular monikers open the telegram account.eg...unbiased, dedetwo,sonature,abagworo.....to name but a few.

Lol imo state is cursed. Just look at a whole government project being done with wheel barrow. Owerri has taken over from Aba as the shithole of Nigeria. No thanks to Okoroawusa 8yrs of waste and substandard projects that collapsed almost immediately he handed over.
